Steve Brahs is chief of the new rental division launched recently by Aliso Viejo-based Merit Property Management, which oversees more than 300 homeowners associations throughout California. The company said that with rising foreclosures and increased vacancies in the HOA’s it manages, there’s a new opportunity for someone to step in and manage the renting of those homes.
